…late in 2008 Fabio, the musician, invited Gaspare,
the saxophone-player, to Napoli to join him
in the studio in Teggiano for the recording sessions
of this album;
due to an inconsistency in the time-space-continuum
- aka misunderstanding - Chris, the challenged,
met with them at the airport in Napoli and
the three embarked on an unforgettable three days journey
filled with caffé, mozzarelle, red wine, pizza&pasta,
dolci, monasteries, concertos, grappa, philosophy and music
- while the real Vulkano provided the impressive and
ubiquitous background to this spectacle…
…about a year later we learned that what was told
to be a vulcano actually never was a vulcano,
but a former lake…suspicion grows: what was, what is real?
...is this album part of some[ones] reality?...or is all that
just another hickup in the continuum between time and space,
truth and myth?!...

This CD contains seven improvisational tracks ranging from the electronic domain, touching the noise-department to finally reach into the pure jazz section.
The main instruments used were the Etherwave Pro and Etherwave Standard Theremins, several synthesizers and many effects units as well as the Marimba and the Saxophone.
