Yesterday we had a nice little NIN-Jam on our server - this is what happened:
This time we were only two people (in one place), nevertheless jamming via NINJAM and anytime ready to have people join in to the jam.
On november 27 we had another nice and successful NINJAM session:
A couple of active and ‚silent‘ participants joined in and at peak-time 9 simultaneous vistors followed our livestream on Youtube.
For all active participants in our NINJAM-online-jams we have a mailing list to discuss dates-and-times, tech-issues-and-solutions and everything else around the jams.
As an active jam participant you are invited to join the mailinglist at

Yesterday we had our first online-jam with a couple of participants - four attended in the end - which turned out to be a nice event.
On the server-side everything worked as expected, no technical issues at all.
On the client side there were some problems for users of the JamTaba-client, where the interface played some tricks on the participants:
Over all this session was a big success and the raw video-recording can be watched here:
Now looking forward to the next online-jam-event!
November 2024 is reserved for some testing of the NINJAM-setup.
Most basic functionality is set up, the server and the automations - primarily the automatic collection of sessions every 15 minutes, zipping those collections and making them available for download about 30 minutes after the start of every 15-minutes-recording-segment - are in place and did work as expected (that means 'working fine').
So now it is time for some real-world tests, and for this we plan on two or three jam-sessions this month.
Still on the todo-list there is mainly 'filling the empty sections of this website' as in: explain where people can find information on how to install and use the Client-software (which really is not hard!).
Perhaps just go ahead and install the Reaper DAW and check out the ReaNINJAM-VST, or download the standalone JamTaba-client (it will probably not get easier than this to use NINJAM), alternatively the JamTaba AU or VST for use in other DAWs respectively.
